There are many jobs that require having your boat pulled from the
water, and if you have ever had to do so, you know how costly and
time consuming it can be.
Fortunately
however, having your hull cleaned, screws changed and many other
jobs do not require this inconvenience. For a fraction of the cost
of having your boat pulled out of the water, we can complete many of
these tasks. Beside the cost savings, the time spent waiting for the
repairs or cleaning is greatly reduced, therefore enabling you to be
on your way in a fraction of the time, once we complete the job, hop
on board, start-er' up and enjoy the day.
And for the many who
keep there boats at there own docks, no longer do you need to take
it all the way to a marina to have the work done, we come to you.
Some
of these functions include:
Hull Cleaning
As most boat owners are
fully aware, growth on the bottom of your boat is as common as heat
in the summer. What many do not realize however, is that this growth
can greatly increase your fuel consumption, and with the rising cost
of gas these days, you can be putting out large amounts of cash,
even if you are only running a couple times throughout the season.
Just removing an inch of growth from your hull will greatly increase
your mileage, therefore possibly saving you hundreds of dollars or
even thousands of dollars.

Hull Inspection
An unfortunate, but far
too common occurrence, especially in the inter-coastal waterway, is
the occasional grounding. In most cases causing little if any
damage. However, not all are as lucky and may cause serious damage
to there hulls. Most boat owners want to know, and are willing to
pay for the boat to be pulled from the water to confirm the
condition. This can be a costly experience, and as stated, in New
Jersey, is not unheard of to have it happen more than once a season.
For a fraction of the cost, we will confirm your boats condition and
have you on your way shortly after we begin. Why miss a beautiful
day just to find out there was nothing wrong.

Prop Replacement
Many factors can cause
a prop to require replacement, a job that most owners have there
boats pulled from the water to complete. However, in most cases this
is not necessary. At a fraction of the cost of having your boat
pulled and the replacement completed, we will change the prop while
in the water.

Zinc Replacement
This is an unfortunate
expenditure to acquire, for such a relatively simple procedure. We
will change your zinc without the hassle of having the boat pulled
from the water. Usually this a once a year project and for the boat
owners who pull there boats from the water at the end of the season,
not a common concern, but when you consider the damage that can be
caused by a lack of zinc on the boat, you may not want to wait too
long. For a small fee, we will change your zincs and help assure the
proper protection of your hull.
